Fire Fly II Mission 10 AAR : Berlin

AAR Mission 10

Fire Fly II Avro Lancaster [JI281]

Berlin, Germany Government

Mission Description:
03rd/04th October, 1943

Fairly easy mission tonight, we made it to the target with minimal damage from two Me110s and Bob Coy took a round to his foot. He will be fine for our next mission. St. Auguston exacted revenge when he shot down the Me110 that shot Coy, on the German's next pass. We had a good view of the target and dropped around 30% right down the Reichstag’s throat. I hope we eliminated the top Huns. Other than a failure in the number one engine, our trip home was uneventful.
