We had an easy ride until we passed the German border, then we were attacked several times. The crew did an excellent job of defending the ship. We managed to down two Me110s and damage another, in return they shot up our ship. Over the target we found the indicators, but we only managed to drop 10% of our bombs on them. Upon landing we discovered our breaks had been shot out. We used all of the runway and some more when we landed.
