We had extraordinary good luck on this mission! We only saw two Jerry night fighter after crossing into Germany. The crew managed to beat them off (2 FCA) and we only suffered minor damage to the ship. As we approached the target Flight Officer Gardner, dropped our bombs right on a fresh set of target indicators. It appears all of our payload hit the mark.
