A rough first trip for our new pilot Morgan. ME110s shot us up three times on the approach to target inflicting considerable damage. The bomb controls were damaged and our flight engineer salvoed the load manually on word from the bomb aimer. Unfortunately we missed the TIs. A final ME110 attack occurred just before recrossing the cost and Link with bandaged hand managed to drive it off.
Link managed to shot down 2 ME110s and damage a third. He now has killed 7 enemy AC in 16 missions.
