Spotted an Me-110 making a run on our 6 as we crossed the German border. Hey DJ you got one coming in!

he yelled back. DJ let go with all 4 guns and missed, lucky for us we only had SF damage to the PC, SW and PW as Jerry made off. A few mins later a chum of his came and again DJ spotted him right off and this time his aim was true and sent the 110 down with both engines on fire. No fighters over the target though we could see searchlights all around us, I guess the weather helped for once. We did take a flak hit in the tail, from what DJ could see from his turret it wasn't much. We managed to get 30% on target and then the skipper put us in a tight turn to clear the path for the others. Another ME-110 came in and DJ was hot tonight, though he only seriously damaged this one it was enough for Jerry to give up the game and head home. No other contacts on the way home.
