Pest Control Mission 26 AAR : Frankfurt

Mission Description:
Frankfurt, Germany - Industry
03rd/04th December 1943

On the flight in, we meet resistance about 2/3rds of the way. This was a Me110 that only did superficial damage, lots of it though, to our ship. That was it till minutes before the drop point. This is when a Me110 surprised us and took out the number 3 engine and damaged our cables too. Rossmiller convinced him to break off his attack and that was that. Even with the distraction of loosing an engine Colman was spot on plastering the krauts hard. We estimate 94% of our packages hit the mark.

Coming off the target we met up with another Me110 and a Me109. We were hit once but no real damage was registered. The rest of the flight was quiet. Landing the crate was a bit tricky yet we were able to put her down devoid of any further damage to the ship.
