Taken off and Formed up on time.
Uneventfull trip out and bombed Target looks like it took a pasting as the glow of fires lit up the skies around.
Was jumped on the way back, our new crewman Sgt Johnson T. kept him at bay as I saw the fighter taking tracer hits which put him off his aim he left very sharpley, we were left alone in the dark after that.
landed safely, minor damage to flaps and the port fuel tank
