A quick run to Maisey, Nothing special to the target. We go over the target & drop our ordinance. with no problem. Hitting 40 percent right on the head! We turn for home & encounter a lone ME-110. We take a couple of superficial hits. And the Mid-Upper Gunner manages to get a damaging shot on him! The twin engine fighter limps off, trailing smoke! We travel furthur on with no difficulty. & land without incident.
