Sally Anne II Mission 67 AAR : Brest

By the time Sally Anne II reached the target two Me110s and a Ju88 had tested the rookie gunners. No serious damage was inflicted on either side although the life rafts were rendered useless.

There was no flak, searchlights or wild boars over Brest, and the bomb load was released smack over the airfield.

A final 110 intercepted us just before the English coast and took out the port outer engine.
