Outbound: We were hit by a Me-110 just as we were queuing for the run. Destroyed the raft and three times he hit the bomb bay but none caused damage! (Thank heavens we didn't know it until getting home!) On his third pass Bellows blew him out of the sky.
Bomb run: No search lights, no flak hits, or wild boars. Bomb run off: 0% hits
Return: Leaving Varreville we picked up a 110 but Bellows hit him on his first run well enough that he left us without causing any damage.
