We are off to block the road for the Yanks at Caen. We approach, well covered by friendly fighters. But a hail of flak opens up as we approach the target. we take a little damage, the Navigator is slightly wounded. We get low and really close, but take more damage! the bomb aimer is hit and misses the target. We pull away from the maelstorm. taking even more superficial hits! Were finally clear & limp home intact.
