We head out to Hamburg A long trip. A 110 finds us as soon as we enter Germany. We are hit and the Flight Engineer is slightly wounded. The Mid upper gunner gets a piece and drives off the 110.
We are over the target & take a little damage to the Starboard wing. We manage to drop 20 percent on target. A 110 hits us and the tail gunner gets a kill! We are almost out of the area and yet another 110 hits us hard. The Bomb Aimer is hit! Light wound luckily. The tail gunner gets a piece as he closes in for a second pass! We finally get clear and head on the long journey home. Another lone 110 finds us and neither side causes any damage. We finally get out of Germany and manage to get back to base.
