We are out on this short mission. the crew is reassured that we are Not going all the way into Germany. a nice short mission. No problems to the target. We approach, almost undetected and drop twenty percent on target. A 110 attacks us and the Mid Upper Gunner takes a slight hit! We are off into the darkness, on our way home. We finally get close to home with no further difficulties.
