Preceded to target without incident. On approach, attacked by Ju88, who hit us, damaging wings. On subsequent pass, Ju88 shot down by MUT gunner Sgt. Smith. Hit by flak, bomb run was off target.
On approach to base, were hit by our own defensive gunfire, wounding me in the bum, but I put our aerocraft down without incident.
Aerocraft will be ready for next mission. My wound should not excuse me from my duty.
