Apart from some attention from a Ju88 just short of the target which our tail gunner caught with a long burst that sent him spinning out of control and a wildesau 109 our mid upper claims as a probable this trip was a calmish one. We caught no shells or shrapnel and managed a fairly textbook bomb run. With 40% in close to the TIs.
The homeward trip might have been a cross country navigation exercise over England and the landing as near perfect as I've ever made.
